Specialist Weight Management Dietitian, Middle distance athlete, PGDip Sport & Exercise Nutrition. Initially a Sports Science graduate, I got the bug for Sports Nutrition, then found Dietetics and here I am as a Registered Dietitian! Clinical experience as part of a busy acute dept in NHS Derby & now working within a specialist weight management team in Dewsbury delivery group education and 1:1 clinics. Passionate about Sports Nutrition especially fuelling ultra endurance events. In between this, fitting in my own training - on the long comeback from injury. Happy reading :)
