Nutrition 2 Achieve....
The title pretty much sums up why i'm starting this blog.
I (may be slightly biased) fully believe that everyone has a goal that nutrition can help them achieve.
Elite sportsmen/ women gain that edge that leads to medals on the world stage; whereas others may simply want to lose some weight, improve their health or reduce the need for medication.
But how do we go about this? Does it really need to be complicated?
I'm hoping to use this blog to mix sports nutrition with general healthy lifestyle ideas, explore myths, give my view on current topics and anything else really I think might be interesting!
